You may request returns for most package you buy from eShaadi Mubarak listed on www.eshaadimubarak.com that are within the return conditions, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the package detail page.

Who can claim a refund?

1. Premium member who purchase any package can claim refund within 2 days of package purchase date.
2. Refund eligible only when package is used only 1%. If member use complete package and its advantages member can’t claim for refund.
3. Once the package is expired, member can’t claim to refund.
4. If the transaction failed refund will take place from vendor side only.
